1: Niki fills the glass carboy with water,

to give the wine a barrel-fermented flavor. |

the spare bathtub, it sure was tricky taking a shower... |

carboy for the second stage of fermentation.... |

corking them to seal them for freshness, as well
as add a nice holiday touch.... |
